Generally the outer layer of the beach volleyball is made by PU or PVC. The difference between two kinds of different materials are as below: PU leather is environmental protection, soft touch, high elasticity, abrasion resistant, cold resistant, waterproof and antifouling, PU soccer ball is suitable for indoor and outdoor.PVC leather is not environmental protection before special process, and hard touch, abrasion resistant, folding resistant, acid and alkali resistant.So normally we use Foam PVC leather for beach volleyball.
If customer requires high quality, we advise PU leather beach volleyball. But how to distinguish between the two different materials? We provide some methods to identify. Firstly see from the corner, It is easy to find that the PU bottom cloth is much thicker than PVC. In addition, PU and PVC leather are with different touch feeling, PU leather is soft but PVC leather is hard. Then after you press the PU leather, the surface will have wrinkles feeling, while however you press the PVC leather, the surface is still flat and smooth.
Finally to use a extreme method, can burn the material, the smelling of PU is much lighter than PVC.
Production:
1st step: Purchase material, including synthetic leather, rubber bladder, thread, ink etc.
2st step: Cut the leather into pieces according to beach volleyball design, make sure them adjusting to correct size and shape.
3rd step: Assembly all the pieces on printing production line, use silk screen to print out the pattern as customer’s design.
4th step: Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. Normally a beach volleyball contains 18 panels.
5th step: After finishing machine stitching, put the bladder into the leather shell, then sew the end manually.
6th step: Examing the air leakage is very important. Inflate the beach volleyball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified beach volleyball.
7th step: Lastly deflate all qualified beach volleyball, put each one into polybag, then into
